三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī),與二葉型相比，氣體脈動(dòng)性小，振動(dòng)也小，噪聲低。羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)如果根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)來進(jìn)行分類，可以分為三葉型羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)，和二葉型羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)，三葉型羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)也就是說羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的葉輪有三葉，二葉型根據(jù)字面意思來理解，那就是葉輪的頁數(shù)為二了
進(jìn)口羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)工作原理：
三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)與二葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)字面上比較,多了一個(gè)葉，將二葉型變?yōu)槿~型,從而將有效容積從兩等分變?yōu)槿确?減少了輸出氣流壓力的脈動(dòng),而且排氣腔部分體積通過葉輪間隙回流到進(jìn)氣腔的氣體流量減少,氣體的擾動(dòng)減小,氣體的脈動(dòng)壓力減小,從而使羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的振動(dòng)減少.兩者之間還有以下的區(qū)別:
(1)在中心距和外圓半徑相同的情況下,圓弧葉型的三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)比兩葉的排量要大.漸開線葉型羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的排量和轉(zhuǎn)子的頭數(shù)沒有關(guān)系.
(2)三葉轉(zhuǎn)子的力學(xué)性能較好,相比于兩葉的可更好地保證葉輪之間及其葉輪和機(jī)殼的間隙.
(3)由于葉型特點(diǎn),三葉脈動(dòng)比兩葉好,因此的優(yōu)勢(shì)就是:大大降低了震動(dòng)和噪音,有效降低噪音20分貝以上.
(4)在三葉轉(zhuǎn)子上使用的軸承的壽命比在二葉上使用的長(zhǎng)15%左右.
(5)三葉羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)所達(dá)到的壓力遠(yuǎn)高于兩葉風(fēng)機(jī).
(6)在同等效率下,三葉羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)更節(jié)能.

現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)上的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī),很少再見到兩葉羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)了,現(xiàn)存兩葉羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)全是錦工量的,基本上都被三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)代替。

1、采用我公司自行設(shè)計(jì)的三葉型線，與二葉型線，密封性能大大改善，因此泄漏小，效率高。

從公式可知，風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)，由變頻器改變電機(jī)頻率達(dá)到無級(jí)變速，起到調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量的效果。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用工藝風(fēng)機(jī)的較低頻15HZ，通常在35HZ左右，有個(gè)別時(shí)刻50HZ滿風(fēng)量運(yùn)行，由于立窯工藝基本是一致的，因此在不同的立窯風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)量是基本相同的，凡立窯應(yīng)用變頻技術(shù)都可以獲40%左右的節(jié)能效果。
羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)個(gè)恒轉(zhuǎn)矩負(fù)載，其節(jié)電率與轉(zhuǎn)速降成正比即N%=△N%，雖然不同于一般風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵節(jié)電率較高，但因它的功率較大，而且只要爐墻不壞，是連續(xù)24小時(shí)工作的，并開動(dòng)時(shí)間亦很長(zhǎng)。因此節(jié)電潛力大，節(jié)電費(fèi)用高。

1、輸送介質(zhì)的進(jìn)汽溫度通常不得大于 40℃。

3、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中軸承溫度不得** 95℃，潤(rùn)滑油溫度不** 65℃。
4、使用壓力不得**銘牌上規(guī)定的升壓范圍。
5、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪與機(jī)殼、葉輪與側(cè)板、葉輪與葉輪間隙出廠時(shí)已調(diào)好，重新裝配時(shí)要保證該間隙。
6、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)，主油箱、副油箱油位必須在油位計(jì)兩條紅線之間。
7、檢查進(jìn)出口聯(lián)接部位有無忘記堅(jiān)固的地方，配管的支承件是否完備。需用冷卻水的鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、真空泵要檢查冷卻水的安裝是否符合要求。
德國(guó)BACH注意事項(xiàng)與調(diào)試：
注意事項(xiàng)：
1、不應(yīng)把風(fēng)機(jī)安裝在人經(jīng)常出入的場(chǎng)所，以防受傷和燙傷。
2、不應(yīng)把風(fēng)機(jī)安裝在易產(chǎn)生易燃、易爆及腐蝕性氣體的場(chǎng)所，以防火災(zāi)和中毒等事故。
3、根據(jù)進(jìn)排氣口方向和維修需要，基礎(chǔ)面四周應(yīng)留有適當(dāng)寬裕的空間。
4、風(fēng)機(jī)安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)察看地基是否牢固，表面是否平整，地基是否高出地面等。
5、風(fēng)機(jī)室外配置時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置防雨棚。6、風(fēng)機(jī)在不大于40℃的環(huán)境溫度下可長(zhǎng)期使用，*過40℃時(shí)，應(yīng)安裝排氣扇等降溫措施，以提高風(fēng)機(jī)使用壽命。
7、當(dāng)輸送空氣沼氣**氣等介質(zhì)，其含塵量一般不應(yīng)*過100mg/m3。
調(diào)試
1、檢查各部位的緊固情況及定位銷是否有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。
2、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)體內(nèi)部無漏油現(xiàn)象。
3、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)體內(nèi)部不能有結(jié)垢、生銹和剝落現(xiàn)象存在。
4、注意潤(rùn)滑和散熱情況是否正常，注意潤(rùn)滑油的質(zhì)量，經(jīng)常傾聽鼓風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行有無雜聲，注意機(jī)組是否在不符合規(guī)定的工況下運(yùn)行，并注意定期加黃油。
5、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的過載，有時(shí)不是立即顯示出來的，所以要注意進(jìn)、排氣壓力，軸承溫度和電動(dòng)機(jī)電流的增加趨勢(shì)，來判斷機(jī)器是否運(yùn)行正常。
6、拆卸機(jī)器前，應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)器各配合尺寸進(jìn)行測(cè)量，做好記錄，并在零部件上做好標(biāo)記，以保證裝配后維持原來配合要求。
